Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway right on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, with direct, private lake access and a large lawn. The two-room apartment has a magnificent view over the most beautiful lake in Austria and a unique terrace to experience unforgettable sunsets. In addition, if necessary, a boat mooring at the marina directly on the property is available. Opposite is the Carinthian Golf Club Dellach and the gourmet restaurant Hubert Wallner.

Small apartment for 2 people. Wide doors, shower and toilet barrier-free, well suited for older or health-impaired people. Car can be parked directly in front of the entrance door. Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Located at 1200 meters above sea level on a picturesque southern slope, we find the Saualmleitn. Relaxation and peace in an absolute secluded location, holiday in the countryside in a modern ambience crowned by a natural pool filled with spring water, a homemade bath barrel and a panoramic sauna.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
