My cosy apartment is located in the heart of Munich, just 3 minutes away from the central station by subway (U2 Theresienstrasse) and equally close to Marienplatz, Frauenkirche and the Karlsplatz Square. At your doorstep there are plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, bars, shops and the famous museum Pinakothek. My apartment is 55m2 big and in the 3rd floor with elevator. It has a really nice bedroom (bed size is 160 cm). Bathroom with bath tube and washing machine. Living room with sofa (extendable to size: 2 x1,60 meter), TV and dining table. From the living room you have access to the balcony. The kitchen has a professional gas oven and is fully equipped with all things you need. Coffee maschine, kettle, toaster – please feel free to help yourself. I have W-LAN, Netflix and amazon prime. I provide towls, bed sheets, soap , shower and hair products, umbrellas and desinfection spray. Best way to come from the airport to my apartment is to take the S-Bahn and change at central station to U-Bahn "U2". Get out at "Theresienstrasse" and walk 2 minutes to my apartment. (it will take you about 1 hour from the airport) By car: Parking is best direcly in the Theresienstraße, costs EUR 6,-- for 24 hours. (Parking is free of charge on Sundays). The smaller streets leading off Theresienstrasse are often only for residents in the evening - please pay attention to the signs. To unload the luggage: you can drive your car directly to the front door - in the underpass you can unload the luggage in peace and then look for a parking place. I have also 1 bycicle in the cellar if needed. I know the city quite well, so if you need any local tips e.g. where to eat or go, don't hesitate to contact me. Have a good trip to Munich!

Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. ARRIVAL Saturday or Sunday Please pay the tourist tax on site. €2.80 per person per day Minimum booking 6 days From May to September, minimum booking is 7 days

The newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has recently become available to holiday guests in the Kipnick holiday home. The apartment is located in the wonderful Glockenbachviertel (🤍 of MUC)! Directly in a quiet street at Sendlinger Tor - all tourist attractions are within walking distance. Near Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz, Isar etc. Restaurants, bars & coffee shops are close by. It is a whole, private accommodation with a separate bedroom (huge bed with 3 matrasses á 90cm), a kitchen (with (sleeping) plateau), a living & dining area with comfortable sofa bed (125cm) where 1-2 pers. can fit.

Kaiserlounge Harald Astner Ebbs

Enjoy beautiful days in the Kaiserhaus with garden & wonderful views of the mountains. A 200-year-old wooden house was demolished nearby and rebuilt next to my house. The new (old) wooden house was restored very ecologically and to the latest standards. The Kaiser lounge was almost only lined with old & new wood - you can still see the old craftsmanship. Nevertheless, modern features such as a projector and Alexa voice control are also installed. Parking is available.
