Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. The inner city is within a short walking distance.

The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
