Kick back and relax at this quiet, stylish home in the immediate vicinity of the lake. Thanks to its unique location, you can reach the lake in 2 minutes, directly in the hiking area, or skiing in a few minutes by car. Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), "children's room" with 3 bunk bed and separate single bed (all 90x200cm), as well as a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

The 90 m² Bavarian-style suite includes 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and utensils, a sauna, 2 bathrooms (one with a hot tub) and a furnished balcony. Inductive charging stations, TVs with soundbar, luxurious beds, one of which can be used as a twin bed or queen size bed. Work areas and a bio-thermat sauna for 2 people ensure comfort. Bathrooms offer XXL rain showers, hair dryer and toiletries.

We have plenty of space (85 m²) with a large portion of mountain air, greenery and wonderful lakes in the middle of nature. In our lovingly furnished apartment, Bavarian charm meets Brazilian hospitality! From us it goes directly to the bike, mountain, lakes, to the baker or beer garden, ski resorts, cross-country skiing, horses, hiking... Otherwise, relax on the terrace or garden in "good company" from the Coffee & Wine Bar. We care about your well-being!

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Dear guests, Welcome to my newly completed vacation rental on beautiful Lake Tegernsee in Bad Wieesee. The apartment has been lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. The highlight of the attic apartment is the large private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Alps in the hanging chair. The lake promenade can be reached in a relaxed 10-15 minute walk.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
