From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Our house on the Osning is located in a quiet part of the city, only about 15 minutes by car from downtown Bielefeld. The Teutoburg Forest with its many hiking trails is only a 15-minute walk.
