Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Simple and sunny studio apartment in the peaceful Ziegelhausen residential neighborhood in Heidelberg. There is a BIG hill to climb, but great views! A shuttle can also get you up the hill. Amazing hiking trails all around and the historic Old City is quick train/bus ride away. Apartment has a small, simple kitchen and washing machine. The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.
