Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Silva-Nigra-Chalet for 4 by the pond

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, water insects, spawning place of numerous frogs and summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony towards the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² of west slope is sunny. There is an alpine view towards the south.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
