The spacious terrace, the bathtub (for an extra charge), as well as the cleverly designed outdoor area, guarantee relaxing evenings, as well as relaxing afternoons after a swimming excursion at the lake. The accommodation is therefore ideally suited for families, friends but also for business travelers.

This has a king size bed and an extra bed at the living room for a child or for colleage. Suitable for a small family. if you have 2 kids, one of them also can use th sofa bed. It has a Terrace so you can enjoy the good weather. Rewe, DM, Rofu, Bakery, Pharmacy, Lidl are only 3 min walk.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.
