Our host is in the center of the old town. With us you sleep under the golden roofs of Schwabach. The apartment offers a homely and cozy atmosphere on approx. 90 square meters. The rooms are equipped with real wood parquet, generous lighting and style. A full kitchen is available. Loading and unloading in front of the property is possible. Underground parking 1 euro per hour (first hour free), daily flat rate 8 euros. Restaurant directly below the apartment (Wed-Sat open from 5 pm)

Wenn Sie mit dem PKW anreisen, steht Ihnen ein eigener XXL-Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und stellt ihre inserierte Wohnung sehr gern zur Verfügung. Diese ist modern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Wohnkomfort.

Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

By bus 53 to the exhibition center 25-30 minutes without changing, bus stops nearby. By bus 53 and subway U1 to the city center 45 minutes.

Shops serving everyday needs, such as: Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, Norma, pharmacy, gas station nearby. Sparkasse Bank is also within 2 minutes' walk. The covered roof terrace invites you to linger. The property is centrally located in the old town. In the house, on the first floor, there is an Italian restaurant, which is open until 10 pm.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.
