Holiday rentals with beach access in Schwarzwald-Baar

Wunderschöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in Immenstaad mit Sauna und voll-ausgestatteter Küche. Der Gastgeber gibt wertvolle Ausflugstipps zur Umgebung. Das Bodenseeufer ist nur ca. 100m zu Fuß entfernt, wir waren Stand-Up-Paddlen, das war perfekt :)

Die Unterkunft von Doro liegt mitten in Überlingen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, tip top sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Doro ist eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und der Empfang in Überlingen hätte herzlicher nicht sein können. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichst Julia und Michael

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Familie Klausmann ist so nett- wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir durften früher einchecken- wie nett ☺️. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war man für uns da. Völlig unkompliziert und easy 😀. Toll, dass wir sogar mit unserem mitgebrachten kleinen Grill grillen durften. Mit dem Fahrrad haben wir richtig schöne Touren in die Umgebung gemacht. Fast immer mit Seeblick- einfach fantastisch ⛵️🚤. Super auch dass der kleine Einkauf gleich zu Fuß um die Ecke möglich ist 🛒. Auch die vielen kleinen Straßenverkäufe von Obst 🍉 🍓und Gemüse 🍅🥒sind genial. Die Nachbarskatzen kamen immer mal wieder vorbei - so schön 🐈🐈‍⬛ Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Familie Klausmann 😘😘😘😘😘

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Habe teilweise von dort gearbeitet, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und die meisten Restaurants sind in 10 Minuten oder weniger zu Fuß erreichbar. Wulf war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte mir bei all meinen Fragen weiterhelfen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Gute Erreichbarkeit zu dem ÖPNV. Gute Reste raunt, waren auch in der Nähe. Der Ort ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alles auch schnell mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gaben uns tolle Tipps.

Hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit 6 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 2 Säuglingen. Die Gastgeberin Julia ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll und bietet sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Familien. Kommen gerne wieder!

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Logement agréable le temps d'un weekend ! J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement à 15 minutes du musée MM Park France, 20 mins de Strasbourg, 45h du rocher Dabo, du mont Sainte Odile, Obernai... Attention cependant si vous avez le réveil léger l'église placée derrière la maison pourrait vous déconvenir !

Excellente location, très bonne accueil, bonne emplacement, d'une propreté irréprochable. Comme à l'hôtel, lit fait, serviettes disponibles, papier toilette et nécessaire de base disponible ! le jardin est paisible et agréable.

Séjour parfait pendant la période des marchés de Noël. La maison d’Awa et sa famille était propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du tram (5min) qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Strasbourg rapidement et facilement (20-25min). Les instructions pour l’arrivée en toute autonomie et la disponibilité de l’hôte ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

Lovely spacious apartment, walkable from train station and all tourist attractions. Lovely indoor market 2mins away. Little Venice view from bedroom window. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Would highly recommend

Karin is a great host. She is very friendly, was waiting for us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. On the way she pointed out the grocery stores, bakery and cafés. The apartment is clean with modern appliances and is a perfect size for 2 people. A 24-hour transport ticket allowed us to travel to Zürich by train (15 minute trip) or by ship (20 minute sail -very pleasant). The train also goes directly to the airport without needing to transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

Schöne, super ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Blick auf den Rhein. Wir waren 4 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Isabelle ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Rüschlikon! The location was perfect—just a few short blocks from beautiful Lake Zurich, with easy access to public transportation and only a quick ride into central Zurich. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque, making it a lovely retreat after a day of sightseeing. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place near Zurich with the bonus of lake proximity, this is it! We’d absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was fantastic. Contrary to many other places I have been, it was heated from the start, so the arrival late in a cold night was very comfortable. The place is really good. I could work in a very spacious working space. The kitchen had everything. René was kind enough to allow me to use basic stuff, like oil and sugar, so I could cook without needing to buy everything. I had a couple of questions for René who replied to me straightaway in very precise and polite maners. The main space was looking the Rhine and it was fantastic to have breakfast or dinner there. The location is wonderful, with views over the Rhine and the other side of the river, with boats passing by, and enjoying Basel at its heart. I am very grateful to René and I am looking forward my next trip to Basel to ask him again to stay there.

L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Tom est également un hôte très réactif. Je recommande!
