Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Schwaz District

We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were there with the family over Pentecost and can only report good things. The pictures correspond to reality, or the kitchen has been completely modernized and renewed. Esther is really very friendly and ready to help if you have any questions. She is a very warm person who also has good tips in rainy weather. We can really recommend it, because the location is also great! (Completely surrounded by mountains, simply fantastic!)

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Very nice and cozy accommodation in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was always available and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

the place with Robert was great. the reception was warm and very accurate. Everything was clean and tidy and within walking distance of the ski lift, even with ski boots on. If we are in Kaltenbach again, we will definitely come back.

Verena's place was great. Fantastic views of the valley, hiking trails and ski bus right outside the door. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Super equipped. We felt very comfortable with 3 people and a large dog.

Beautiful house. 3 bathrooms and that is convenient for a large group. Everything is clean. The bus to go skiing has a stop across the street from the house but you can also rent lockers in Kaltenbach and walk there in 15 minutes. Beautiful area to go skiing. A supermarket next to the house is very convenient. The host is always available for questions and responds quickly. In short, a top location for a week of skiing.

Highly recommend staying at this property. It's super clean, super cute and the hosts are fantastic.

After extensive research, we found Apart Cental and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we were looking for and the location couldn’t have been better. A super short walk to the lift and within very easy walking distance of the town, with local shops and restaurants, but it was also in a very peaceful setting. Ideal! The layout worked perfectly and it was lovely and clean and tidy. Spotless in fact! Martin was incredibly helpful with the many questions I initially had along with making recommendations and assisting us when we arrived. Thank you so much, Martin! If we come back to Mayrhofen we will definitely be staying with you again! We had a brilliant time.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. we had a nice week in the apartment. A stone's throw from the ski lift and skiing to the front door (with plenty of snow). The sofa bed is not optimal, the double bed sleeps very well. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, cozy cottage!

Gerda's place is special. The apartment is well equipped and we loved especially the little farm she has. Our little girl enjoyed the place very much. the location is great as well and is easy to reach by car the attractions in the Valley. Thank you Gerda for being such a nice host!

We had a wonderful stay in Fügen. The house was comfortable, clean and very cozy. The host family was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to all local attractions. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Great place to stay, spacious. Comfortable beds, great sleeping. Balcony with afternoon sun. Perfectly designed ski room and a room with a boot dryer and glove. Anita was very kind, accommodating, she brought to our attention to everything that could have been about us. We don't speak German, but we were able to communicate and sort out what needed to be done.

We didn't miss anything. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely clean.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.
