In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Island Getaway in Werder – Historic Charm in a Prime Old Town Location. Stay in a lovingly preserved fisherman's and fruit farmer's house located between the market square and the regatta course. The Havel River, cafés, and restaurants are just a few steps away. Cozy top-floor apartment with a special charm. Note: Ceiling heights and doors are sometimes lower. Restricted for guests approximately 6 ft (1.85 m) or taller. Wifi included. Spa tax €2 per person per night. No pets.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

In the picturesque village of Caputh, where Einstein once lived, you are right on Lake Caputh. You can use my huge 1260m2 garden with barbecue, garden furniture, air mattresses, children's pool, SUPs & hire bikes. Only 10min with Regio & bus to Potsdam! Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the Europaweg & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires for your well-being is in the holiday flat. Beds with linen, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Experience unforgettable moments in this quiet and family-friendly accommodation. The modern house and the sunny terrace invite you to linger. The lido by the lake - a dream for children. Supermarkets are within easy reach. Car parks, bicycles and a canoe are available. Exploring the surrounding area or trips to Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding countryside are easy from here. In winter you can relax in the steam shower. Your four-legged friend can also join you.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Spacious panoramic window and terrace facing southwest with views of the Trapenzel nature reserve invite you to relax. Enjoy the slowdown from everyday life - welcome to life!

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

The half house at Caputh Castle, The Upper

On Lake Templin lies the village of Caputh in the municipality of Schwielowsee. In addition to its scenic attractions, Caputh is known for its proximity to the state capital of Potsdam and not least Einstein's summer house, where the famous physicist lived temporarily and sailed the lakes from here. In the middle of the district right next to the castle is the listed, newly renovated house from 1750.
