Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen liegt das Haus mit herrlichem Panorama von der Sonnenterrasse. Zum Haus gehören 1.200 qm naturnaher Garten, der komplett umzäunt ist. Hier kannst Du Waldbewohner erleben. Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Übernachten in historischen Gemäuern? Modernen Komfort genießen? In der Sonne im gemütlichen Garten entspannen? In direkter Nähe vom Park Sansscouci? - All das gibt´s hier! Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Berlin Wannsee Estate

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Hab eine tolle Zeit! Dein Apartment befindet sich zentral in der historischen Altstadt von Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Von hier aus kannst du die Stadt fußläufig erkunden. Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach deinem Ausflug kannst du dich ausgiebig entspannen. Das großzügige und hochwertige Apartment ist ruhig gelegen. Lade deinen Akku wieder auf und nutze die eigene Sauna oder schaue deine Lieblingsserie auf Netflix.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
