Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seaside Heights

Super simple to find the location, and quick to get to once you cross over into Seaside Heights. Seaside Heights isn't huge, so it's generally walkable to the boardwalk, amusement park, etc. Cute house. We ran out of toilet paper the last night but then again didn't ask about where to find or get more. Otherwise the place was good for our group of people. There's a quaint backyard with a sitting area, but the weather really did not cooperate to use it. There beach chairs for your use as well. The coffee maker in the house is a K-cup machine, and if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring your own chef's knife. The kitchen isn't huge in terms of work space. I suspect most people including our group will eat out most of the time. There's plenty of food options along the shore, or over across the bridge. All in all it was a fun comfortable stay.

Both the host and property were great. The communication was swift and responsive- they were so kind in working with us about parking and beach badges after we had checked out. The property was exactly as it look and was really very big. A little dated but exceptionally clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed! I would absolutely say this property was worth the price.

Perfect spot for a group, lots of bedroom space and the roof top deck was perfect for a Pilates lesson. Everything was described according to her post and we would stay again

The kitchen is especially well suited for cooking, and there is a huge stash of puzzles and games for a rainy afternoon. The deck and outdoor seating make pretty places to eat. It is in a very quiet and peaceful spot, but has proximity to restaurants and a grocery store if you want them. George is available and helpful. (Try Ocean Gate beach, a little local beach, for which the host has provided beach chairs and umbrellas and a parking pass.)

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Tyler was an amazing, helpful, and welcoming host! The location of the house was amazing if you're staying in Seaside and the cleanliness of the house couldn't have been better. We will be back!

We will consider Tracy's place again when we come back to Seaside Heights! This charming little home is cozy and well situated. The house was clean. We were on our way back home from a long roadtrip and Tracy was very flexible and checked us in very late. We arrived to a house that was welcoming and ready for us even if we booked last minute. Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Stayed for about 2 months at Ryan’s place and felt right at home! The listing was exactly as advertised and was in an ideal location close to the boardwalk and beach, as well as to shopping and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and parking was super easy right in front of the house! The space was equipped with everything I needed for a long term stay: kitchen appliances, cookware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. Though it was only myself staying here the unit could easily have slept 8 people and is the ideal spot for a long term stay or a beach weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend this spot to everyone and would love to stay again sometime!

Very nice and clean home and fit 8 people well. Phyllis was also very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly. Would book again!

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

Jennifer was very friendly and super responsive, even checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was so clean and the decor was modern and cozy. The bay and beach are both visible from the house. The bay was a less than one minute walk and had a really nice fishing pier and fun playground for the kids. The beach was just a few minutes further. The badges provided were good for both the bay and the beach, which was nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had plenty of extra towels. The washer and dryer were also very convenient to have. There were also lots of extra sheets and pillows. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely rebook with Jennifer in the future!

We had a wonderful two night stay here in Point Pleasant. The house was extremely clean and cozy, perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Unbeatable location with many restaurants in walking distance, as well as the beach of course. Beach badges were included along with passes to the boardwalk and aquarium nearby, which was an unexpected surprise. Kitty was extremely accommodating with all our needs and flexible when it came to our check in/check out times. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

We stayed for the week as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The condo is on the third floor and was easily accessible for check in. The space was immaculate, modern, spacious and well layed out, which made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was super clean and had all amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were just the right size. The bathroom has the laundry in it and was also very clean and well lit. The entire home is decorated beautifully with a beachy/ Jersey shore theme. We appreciated the TVs and AC in the bedrooms and the two different coffee makers in the kitchen give people a great choice! We enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Also, the binder with all instructions and restaurant/ activity recommendations was amazing! The beach passes were a big plus! Overall, Danielle was so very thoughtful and welcoming with all her details in the home. We can't wait to stay again!

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.
