Karyn‘s place is just beautiful. We had a lovely stay at the charming, calm and authentic landaise villa. We had all we needed just a couple of minutes walking including some great surf. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. 100% recommended for up to 6 persons. Communication with Karyn was totally easy and very friendly.

If you are looking for a perfect retreat, this is the place for you, as it is located near Les Bourdaines. Together with our dog, we spent 9 days in this great apartment. It impresses with a very appealing interior (exactly as in the pictures), a very comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor area with a view of the pine forest in front of it. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness, the good and high-quality kitchen equipment and the good service from Guillaume.

The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes by bike from the beach. We had a wonderful weekend with our family and our two children. the house is faithful to the description, very well equipped and functional. The environment is quiet and the terrace is very nice. the hosts were flexible with schedules and very welcoming.

Great stay in Hossegor. Marie-Sophie was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. Location is great as walkable to the beach and everything close if you have a bike. Everything I needed as a single traveler who was also working (WiFi very strong). If I’m back in Hossegor will definitely look to stay there again.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

A rare gem, and I'm not just talking about the accommodation, Christine is adorable, like her furnished studio and ideal for two or three with a child. Close to the ocean with almost direct access to the beach. Environment in cohesion with nature to cut yourself off from everything while being close to our needs and desires. These 5 days at Alix's went perfectly. His apartment, ideally located near the beach, restaurants/bars and shops, is very well decorated and very functional. We were able to enjoy the books made available and the advice of Alix with whom communication was very fluid throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Penon.
