The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The house has the name "zu den Bergen" [to the mountains] and was built by the founder of dzm and so called. The hotel, which is also located on the premises, is not connected to the Berghaus.
