The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The cottage is about 3 km from the center of Morsbach. It is nice and quiet and offers everything to relax. Whether in the hot tub, playing billiards, barbecuing on the balcony or by the fireplace. In the lower part of the house there is a bar in the outdoor area. There are also a variety of hiking trails. Shopping and various restaurants are available in Morsbach. As well as a large park with playground. Low-riding cars should be careful.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm.
