Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Living room with a fire place. Three bedrooms, furnished with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. There is also a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented at an *extra cost*. For families with children: There are some sliding doors on the patio that *CANNOT* be locked.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Nicely located guest house suitable for a small family. There are many attractions around Siljan. Built in 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest, but can be purchased for SEK 500. Dogs are welcome, but please let us know beforehand as we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!
