Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. 200 meters to the sea with rocks and a sandy beach. Several furnished patios, lawn and barbecue. Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Note, the toilet is in the barn next to the shed, Close to swimming and ferry connection to Lysekil, 2.5 km from Fiskebäckskil, bicycles are available to borrow, don't forget sheets! Not included! Cosy garden cottage near the sea

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
