Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Short distance to the store, about 15 min drive to Kristiansand.

Extended/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in southern Norway. Must row over a small lake to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys hovering over the water. There are eagles in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into nature when you are in bed. Guarantee for relaxation! We are considering renting out to people of order some weekends of the year and some weeks in the summer.

Meget god standard med bad/dusj, TV, kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og alt en kan ønske på en hytte. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Egen parkeringsplass. Fritidsbåt med motor kan leies. Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

Vi leier ut vår hjemmekoselige, lille sjøbod Eiendommen har egen brygge med muligheter for å bade via en badetrapp. Gangavstand til badeplasser, flere flotte strender, svaberg, fine turområder og kulturminner (200m - 1km). Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.

Families will appreciate the child-friendly setup, while adults can enjoy the bright Scandinavian design. It's an ideal base for exploring beaches, woods, Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, and more.

A gem near the lake and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We rent out our apartment with the possibility of 4 beds. It is a new house (2018) only 250 meters from the nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private entrance door. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Helt ny hytte i sjøkanten, moderne nordisk stil. Unik beliggenhet med utsikt til Oksøy Fyr, og innseilingen til Kristiansand. Det er 30 - 40 m til sjøen. Hytta ligger i nær tilknytning til badeplass, svaberg for bading og fisking. Hytta har en stor og trivelig stue. Det er soveplass til 8 personer, 4 soverom. Det er to bad, med dusj og wc. Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.

My waterfront 2-bedroom Sea House, in extremely safe neighborhood, has everything you need for your Kristiansand trip. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, free parking and a TV. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, living room and fully stocked and equipped kitchen. «Balcony with 180° sea view». Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular museums, Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken. An ideal base to explore Kristiansand.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Er det behov for parkering, så disponerer hytten 2 parkeringsplasser i nærheten, cirka 350 meter fra.
