Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Meget god standard med bad/dusj, TV, kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og alt en kan ønske på en hytte. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Egen parkeringsplass. Fritidsbåt med motor kan leies. Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Vi leier ut vår hjemmekoselige, lille sjøbod Eiendommen har egen brygge med muligheter for å bade via en badetrapp. Gangavstand til badeplasser, flere flotte strender, svaberg, fine turområder og kulturminner (200m - 1km). Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.

A gem near the lake and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We rent out our apartment with the possibility of 4 beds. It is a new house (2018) only 250 meters from the nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private entrance door. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Helt ny hytte i sjøkanten, moderne nordisk stil. Unik beliggenhet med utsikt til Oksøy Fyr, og innseilingen til Kristiansand. Det er 30 - 40 m til sjøen. Hytta ligger i nær tilknytning til badeplass, svaberg for bading og fisking. Hytta har en stor og trivelig stue. Det er soveplass til 8 personer, 4 soverom. Det er to bad, med dusj og wc. Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Velkommen til idylliske Flekkerøy. Her finnes gode solforhold og bademuligheter. Boligen har høy standard med brygge og privat platting som er godt møblert. Du finner spisegruppe, solstoler, parasoll, gassgrill og loungemøbler der deilige soldager kan nytes. Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.
