Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Nydelig sted i Sørlandets beste skjærgård i Paulen på Flekkerøy (ca. 15 min. fra Kristiansand sentrum). Meget god standard med bad/dusj, TV, kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og alt en kan ønske på en hytte. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Egen parkeringsplass. Fritidsbåt med motor kan leies. Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

Helt ny hytte i sjøkanten, moderne nordisk stil. Unik beliggenhet med utsikt til Oksøy Fyr, og innseilingen til Kristiansand. Det er 30 - 40 m til sjøen. Hytta ligger i nær tilknytning til badeplass, svaberg for bading og fisking. Hytta har en stor og trivelig stue. Det er soveplass til 8 personer, 4 soverom. Det er to bad, med dusj og wc. Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.

Velkommen til idylliske Flekkerøy. Her finnes gode solforhold og bademuligheter. Boligen har høy standard med brygge og privat platting som er godt møblert. Du finner spisegruppe, solstoler, parasoll, gassgrill og loungemøbler der deilige soldager kan nytes. Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.
