Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Fullt utrustet med kjøkkenutstyr, wifi, TV, kull griml og oppvarmet boblebad på veranda utenfor. Egen inngangsdør. Passer perfekt til et par eller en liten familie. Leietakerne disponerer hage på forsiden av huset, ved hybelen. Vi bruker vaskebyrå. Sengetøy og håndkle er ikke inkludert.
