Cozy cabin just by the river.

Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic scenery. It also has Ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It is 100 meters from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

En perle nær sjø og strand på idylliske Flekkerøy! Vi leier ut leiligheten vår med mulighet for 4 sengeplasser. Det er et nytt hus ( 2018 ) kun 250 meter fra en nærmeste badeplass. Fullt utrustet med kjøkkenutstyr, wifi, TV, kull griml og oppvarmet boblebad på veranda utenfor. Egen inngangsdør. Passer perfekt til et par eller en liten familie. Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Velkommen til idylliske Flekkerøy. Her finnes gode solforhold og bademuligheter. Boligen har høy standard med brygge og privat platting som er godt møblert. Du finner spisegruppe, solstoler, parasoll, gassgrill og loungemøbler der deilige soldager kan nytes. Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.
