Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.

Et lite krypinn på ca 16 kvm + hems(ikke godkjent for overnatting) i nydelige omgivelser i Skibbusundet på Flekkerøy. Sjøbua ligger i havskorpa med egen privat brygge. Egen inngang til toalett fra brygga. Brygga har rikelig med sol og sand på bunnen som gjør det veldig badevennlig fra brygga. Send melding og spør dersom du lurer på noe! Leies ikke ut til folk som skal på palmesus!
