Lovely place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could wish for in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking space. A recreational motorboat can be rented. Flekkerøy has beautiful rocky shores, sandy beaches, and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a store, hiking trails, a roller ski slope and artificial turf fields. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat trip, or swim right from the pier.

Architect-designed nature cabin by idyllic water

Expanded/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. You have to row across a small body of water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish for trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys gliding over the water. There are eagle's nests not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into the nature when you are lying in bed. Relaxation guaranteed! We are considering renting out to well-behaved people for a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

We rent our homey, small boathouse The property has its own pier with opportunities to swim via a swimming ladder. Walking distance to swimming areas, several great beaches, rocks, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
