Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Meget god standard med bad/dusj, TV, kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og alt en kan ønske på en hytte. Sol fra morgen til kveld. Egen parkeringsplass. Fritidsbåt med motor kan leies. Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

A gem near the lake and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We rent out our apartment with the possibility of 4 beds. It is a new house (2018) only 250 meters from the nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private entrance door. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Vi leier ut vår hjemmekoselige, lille sjøbod Eiendommen har brygge med muligheter for å bade via en badetrapp. Gangavstand til badeplasser, flere flotte strender, svaberg, fine turområder og kulturminner (200m - 1km). Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.

En idyllisk sørlandshytte som ligger flott til i Flekkerøyas skjærgård. Dette er sørlandssommer på sitt beste! Platting rundt hytten byr på romslig utendørsområde man kan benytte seg av. Gode solforhold på ene siden av hytten på dagtid, og kveldssol på andre siden. Gjest står fritt til å benytte 2 kajakker om ønskelig. Er det behov for parkering, så disponerer hytten 2 parkeringsplasser i nærheten, cirka 350 meter fra.

Det tar ca 25 minutt å kjøre til Dyreparken, 20 minutt til Kristiansand sentrum og 3 minutt kjøring til matbutikk. Det finnes også kollektivtilbud i nærheten.
