Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Pentry (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Välkomna till vår fantastiskt mysiga stuga, Björkhaga Cottage. Stugan ligger väl avskilt, i vår trädgård, i ett lugnt lummigt grönområde. 5 min från Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min från Falsterbo Resort. Stugan har moderna faciliteter i badrum och kök och en mysig terrass i söderläge. Stugan har värmepump/aircondition och är vinterbonad. Nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och golfbanor. Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.

Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.
