Απέχει 450μ. από την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη,900μ. από το λιμάνι,2.7χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο,100μ. από το Κέντρο Υγείας και 900μ. από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου υπάρχει cafe snack bar. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο διαμέρισμα μας 'OLIVE' στο κέντρο της Σκοπέλου. Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα 50 τ.μ. μέρος του 'Rania Residence' το οποίο αριθμεί συνολικά 46 χρόνια λειτουργίας στον τομέα ενοικίασης καταλυμάτων. Ανακαινίστηκε τον τελευταίο χρόνο με μεράκι και αγάπη! Απέχει μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 4 χιλ. από την πιο κοντινή παραλία. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων αλλά και για νέα ζευγάρια, καθώς προσφέρει ρομαντική ατμόσφαιρα και άνεση!
