Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Skiathos

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. The beds were to die for, pretty comfortable. The one major bathroom with shower is located in the middle of the steps going up to the top of the apartment. It was a little different but very doable. the lock on the front door definitely had a learning curve to it. But once we got it, it was a piece of cake. The manager had an office very close by and she recommended some awesome restaurants. We took the bus to some of the beaches further away from town and they were amazing. We did have one super noisy night the first night we got there and you could hear the base of the music for quite a while. The next few nights were pretty pleasant. You could drown out the music. Well watching TV on your iPad. All in all we love the location.

Shane’s place has got to be one of the most beautiful spots on the island! We enjoyed every aspect of it, our one regret is not spending MORE time there.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Juwel. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet zwischen nostalgie und mediteran. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und funktionstüchtig. Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hat uns Elena aufgenommen. Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit dort verbracht und würden es erneut buchen.

Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της χώρας και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από κάποια από τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια της περιοχής. Η χώρα γενικά είναι ανηφορική αλλά λόγω της κοντινής απόστασης από ένα δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε να μεταφέρουμε τις αποσκευές μας από το αμάξι. Πολύ άνετος χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με ευκολία μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μεγάλο. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και στο μέλλον!

We had a wonderful stay at Manolis's apartment. Everything in the description and photos were spot on. The location was amazing, not even 10 mins and we were in the main shopping area and tons of restaurants (beautiful little side streets). We really enjoyed walking to both the new port & old port - again lots of shops & restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. Great space to relax and the air conditioning was a bonus! Manolis gave us some great recommendations and suggested checking out the beach that was across the street - which was lovely for a quick trip to the beach. There is also a small super market minutes away from the apartment which was nice to be able to pick up items we had forgotten. Really can't say enough how wonderful our stay was. Thank you Manolis for the welcoming gifts and such a great spot!!! We will be back :) Jerry, Dorothy, and Kelsey

Nuestra estadía en casa de Dimitris estuvo perfecta! Nos acogió con una gran sonrisa, nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones de playas y donde comer, nos enseñó a hacer café griego . La casa es tal como muestran las fotos: impecable y con una cuidada decoración. La calle es silenciosa y hay un balcón que está ideal para una cerveza o comer. Muchas gracias Dimitris!!

Simpe, peaceful and nice, surrounded with the picturesque nature. Near to the pinus forest and cliffs as a starting point for hiking or just going to the beaches.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Absolutely beautiful! We would happily come back in a heartbeat. Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, lots of space, awesome pool in the backyard. Anthula was responsive and kind host. We wish we could have stayed longer. Really the only thing we didnt like was sometimes the wasps and horseflies bothered us outside on the patio, but usually only if we ate outside with no wind to blow them away. But nonetheless, we enjoyed the pool thoroughly and the sunshine and the beaches nearby. Waking up in that villa every morning was like a good dream we'll never forget.

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Utopia Eco Retreat! The villa was exactly has described and a great location for a stay in Skiathos. Dimitris our host was very helpful in giving us local recommendations and information on how to get places, without him we would have had no idea. Overall a great stay and has made us definitely want to return to Skiathos in the future!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Glossa. Diese Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind ein Privileg! Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine schmale, unbefestigte, ausgewaschene und abfallende Strasse. Dazu braucht es allerdings kein 4WD Fahrzeug. Jedoch etwas Fahrgeschick. Jederzeit hat uns die Hausverantwortliche unterstützt wenn dann überhaupt Fragen aufgetaucht sind. Es fehlte an nichts! Wenn man einen kleinen Mangel suchen möchte, dann ist es vielleicht die etwas verkalkten Duschköpfe..., also kaum der rede wert. Alles in allem genossen wir die Tage wie im Pardies.. Wenn wir wieder nach Skopelos reisen würden, dann wäre diese Haus an erster Stelle.

We like to stay at Alexandros house. The place is placed in a nice location with beautiful souroundings. The beach is very close and you can find grocery and restaurants on foot. Just be advised, if you came here with a baby you have to climb a hill (up to 15 grade) so a (rented) car is a must.

We had a wonderful time at Elia Cottage. Its a perfect location and setting - so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens. A car is definitely recommended to explore the island, but if you wanted a week of relaxation at the cottage it's not necessary. The cottage is perfect, with everything you could need, and more. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful, and the pool is such a treat. Sally is a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Charming , rustic accommodation. Views are spectacular and even nicer than the images. Breakfast on the large terrace was a beautiful way to start the day. The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 showers and toilets, great WiFi and an adorable local cat😄 The hill and steps up to the villa are challenging but worth it once you’re up there. We did use the lift at the pool accommodation occasionally next door. They don’t mind if you eat and drink there occasionally. Food was lovely there too. Location was perfect. Near the town and beach but also on a great bus route to other beaches and restaurants. Patric was easily contacted and booked our airport taxis for us which were happy to drive up the hill too 😜 Would definitely advise mosquito repellent as we experienced a lot, maybe because the villa is surrounded by beautiful plants and greenery which is stunning. Highly recommended accommodation!

Incredible experience and we definitely want to come back! Dimitra and her family were so welcoming and helpful. Dimitra got in touch to check when we landed and Tula came to meet us to show us to the house and then give us a tour. The location is absolutely stunning, literally right on the waterfront. Even better in person than we had imagined. The flat was spotless with toiletries and beach towels provided. Even a bottle of wine in the fridge for us when we arrived which was very thoughtful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea with a coffee or watching the sunset was beautiful. We spent a few afternoons on the sun loungers by the sandy beach and jetty, and took the kayak out one day round the coast. We had fab recommendations from Dimitra for places to eat and beaches to visit, and Tula gave us giant sea shells as souvenirs from their fishing boat. If you're looking for an unforgettable holiday with excellent hospitality then you couldn't ask for better hosts. 10/10 🤩

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The view was absolutely gorgeous ! The home and flowers beautiful ! The host were amazing ! Meeting us at the port was so helpful! And Grandpa getting us eggs so kind and thoughtful ! Would definitely recommend and we will go back to stay again!

This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning with views over the mountains, the outdoor space is beautiful with an outdoor kitchen area that we really enjoyed. Inside every detail was thought about to make our stay a real home from home. We will be coming back again for sure! Cherry was so friendly and helpful with local advice and arranging things for us and checking on the ferry status. All just wonderful!

I really enjoyed my time here! It was a little difficult to find (I don’t think I used the same route to get back once my entire stay lol) but that also may just be the nature of the island and my lack of directional skills. Everything was exactly as advertised. I really enjoyed how much room there was and how peaceful the area was. I felt very safe and comfortable and would recommend this to anyone visiting Skiathos!

We had The Best holiday at Atrium Villas. We were a family group of 8 people in Lunaria Villa. The bedrooms were exceptional (one of the four was small which we knew in advance) each with a private bathroom. We spent all our time outdoors around the pool and at the outdoor table. The grounds of the Villas are stunning with beautiful plants and stunning views. The outdoor gym area was a nice extra and we loved the bookable BBQ and outdoor dining. Amazing sunsets. Pristine surroundings… Thank You Lucia for your exceptional hosting and to your wonderful cleaning team for their hard work. We made some beautiful memories here and hope to visit again one day. Loved Skiathos too. Our first time! Parissis vineyard wine tasting was a big hit. Numerous fab restaurants. The real highlight was an 8 hour skippered private boat trip around the entire island - 8 beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. We had perfect weather too. What a trip! :-)

Vi hadde 10 netter her, og var veldig fornøyd. Jeg sendte mange meldinger med spørsmål i forkant, og fikk svar på alle veldig fort. Utrolig hjelpsom og vennlig vert. Den ene morgenen kom hun opp med Skopelos pie til oss. Nydelig utsikt. Kort avstand til Stafylos strand, og bussholdeplass rett ned bakken, og bare 5-6 min med buss inn til sentrum. Bussene gikk ofte nok for oss, og vi dro til både Glossa, Milia og Agnontas fra Stafylos. Halvveis inn i oppholdet vårt (rundt 16. sept) endret busstidene seg litt, og siste buss tilbake fra sentrum gikk 18:30, i stedet for 20. (Bussen inn til sentrum gikk fremdeles 19:30). Det gikk fint for oss, vi planla bare dagene litt annerledes, spiste på restaurant nærmere oss, eller tok taxi fra sentrum. Vi er veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, kommunikasjon med vert og oppholdet generelt. Vi har hatt en veldig fin bryllupsreise, og anbefaler varmt å bo på Pelagos.

George is an amazing host and we really enjoyed staying in the caravan! The beach 15 minutes away is beautiful and the caravan itself was spacious and an enjoyable stay. Everything worked great! Would not recommend using the oven in the heat as it can take a little while for the caravan to cool again. So many beautiful and friendly half a mile up the road which was great! George picked us up from the airport and dropped us back to the town at the end of our trip in Skiathos as we went to another island. When we landed in Skiathos, he introduced us to his friend in car/bike rental(€20/25 per day for bike) and took us to a supermarket which we were very grateful for. George was very quick to respond on his phone whenever we needed his assistance. We will definitely return!
