Voorzien van een grote open woonkamer/eetkamer/zithoek, nieuwe keuken met alle apparatuur, 3 slaapkamers met dubbel bed en 1 badkamer met douche.

House-Village-Sea - modern house in an old schell

In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

But if you want to go to the sea you only have to drive 10 minutes to the seaside resort Breskens sea. Or nice shopping in lock .

You will spend your vacation in a stylish feel-good atmosphere with a lot of love for detail. On the ground floor is the large living-dining area with a luxurious open kitchen and access to the covered terrace with dining and lounge area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a large wardrobe in the hallway and a toilet.

The former flower shop has been transformed into a fun floral holiday apartment for a carefree holiday. The apartment, on the ground floor, has all the comforts. The holiday apartment is very suitable for groups and families up to 6 people. It is quietly located in the center of IJzendijke, a village in West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, also called “Petit Paris”.
