Great communication with host and a super easy check in. Clean and bright and set in a lovely location with beautiful views from the apartment. Apartment was clean and well equipped and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. A card wishing us a good holiday was left for our arrival along with prosecco and shortbread biscuits. This was a lovely touch and a good start to our stay. Some lovely pubs and places to eat within walking distance and within easy reach by car of some stunning beaches. 2 supermarkets close by so no need to prebook groceries. Would definitely stay at Crabshell Quay again.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Adrian's place is cosy and peaceful. There's a lovely spot out the back in the garden for breakfast/ cuppa. Adrian was easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries re. the booking. A lovely place to stay to explore Dartington and the surrounding area.

We had a lovely comfortable stay for two plus our dog. Everything you needed for a short or longer break. Very well kept grounds and fabulous walks and views! Thoroughly recommend.

We absolutely loved our week’s holiday on Salcombe staying at Gail’s apartment. It was situated just up from the main high street and right next door to the park which was great for the kids. The apartment worked great for our family of 4 and the views were stunning. It also gets the sun in the evening which most places in Salcombe don’t get which was a real bonus. The shower was very weak but we spent most of the week in the ocean so we didn’t mind too much. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was great too! We will be back 100%

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at Dawn's beautiful apartment. Everything you need is provided, and everything is spotlessly clean and impressively well presented. And there is private, off-street parking on the enormous driveway immediately outside the apartment. Dawn clearly goes the extra mile to ensure that her guests have the best experience possible, and we felt really privileged to be able to enjoy what is probably the nicest and best presented accommodation we have ever stayed in. The coastal paths that run close by provide some of the most beautiful walks and sea views. We covered 10 miles on our first day, and had some great times exploring the coastline and discovering some beautiful coves where we were able to swim in almost complete privacy at this time of year (June), thanks also to the wonderful weather which was good to us during our stay. Whether you like walking, or exploring the sights by car, I would highly recommend Dawn's apartment as a base.

Helen was there to greet us on arrival and available for any queries. The Studio was a peaceful haven yet in a location handy for Dartmouth and the ferry from Dittisham to Greenway (well worth a visit). We caught the bus into Dartmouth from outside the Sportsman’s Arms (great food) up the road, saving any parking stresses. A great find for a short break.

The apartment is very modern and spacious on the top of the Hoe hill, good easy parking and walkable to many places including The Box, old town etc. It has a long balcony which is nice for sitting outside, and the kitchen is very well supplied. It's a lovely peaceful place.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

A lovely cosy hideaway in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a couples holiday.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

My parents (and dogs) had the most amazing stay. Chris made them feel very welcome, was super helpful and an all round amazing host and they couldn’t recommend their stay enough. The property was lovely and homely, great location to the local village and very good public transport that was close by. Thanks again. 😃

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.

PLEASE DO NOT SCROLL PAST. This place may not be the typical Airbnb because it doesn’t have a lounge or kitchen but it was perfect for us, our 3 kids and small dog. Firstly Sophie was incredibly responsive to any question I had before arriving but on arrival, wow. The fridge full of lovely biscuits, milk (which you can select the type prior to arrival) and bottled water. There was a fully stocked coffee machine and cereals for breakfast. The lovely linen and towels were an added bonus and the toiletries smelled divine. After a long drive to get there, Sophie was quick to suggest letting our dog walk in her perfectly manicured garden to stretch her legs. Honestly Sophie’s place was so comfortable, so clean and perfectly located we will definitely be back. Didn’t want to leave a good review because I want to be able to book again but I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much for having us.

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was bright and spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was brilliant and really added to our stay. Having 2 rooms which were en suite and a third separate toilet/shower room was very convenient. We were sad to leave and would love to return in the future.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

An amazing place to stay in a perfect location. The flat was in immaculate condition and the parking space is worth its weight in gold. If you don’t fancy cooking you are next to two good hotel restaurants. Salcombe town is only a thirty minute walk or take it easy on the ferry straight into town. I highly recommend staying here.
