Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a games/cinema room dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open May - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Set in the heart of Bodmin Moor, Treetops is a relatively new addition to the farm and was built in 2007. Providing luxurious upside-down living with plenty of glass to make the most of the views of the surrounding woodland and moors One of four cottages on site, you will enjoy shared use of our heated swimming pool (Jun to Sep) and we are available for year-round holidays. Perfect for couples, families or even larger groups wanting to take advantage of all of the accommodation on site.

With accommodation all on one level, this pretty little semi-detached cottage provides a great spot for a relaxing holiday near the coast. FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. 4 ADULTS WOULD BE VERY COSY. Conveniently set in a quiet location between Looe and Polperro, our semi-detached holiday cottage is on a level plot in a small complex of 12 similar properties which share a heated, outdoor swimming pool. Please note the pool closes at the end of September until the following season.

The Pool House

Set within the grounds of our old rectory, The Pool House provides a wonderful retreat for those looking to escape to the country whilst being a short drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth and nearby city of Exeter. The Pool House has been renovated to a high specification providing spacious contemporary accommodation with use of heated outdoor swimming pool (mid May to mid September) during the day, and exclusive use of the courtyard in the evening. We also provide fast WiFi.
