This place was absolutely perfect. It was cozy, clean, and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Loved the decor! My husband and I felt so comfortable and right at home in this beautiful space. We were in Savannah to move our son out of his dorm at SCAD and it was such a wonderful place to get to come back to and relax. It is so close to everything and Alyssa was super responsive and helpful.

Booked a last minute trip to Savannah for an anniversary and wanted to bring our dogs. Chloe & Michael’s place was so convenient and exactly what we were hoping for. I do wish that the fenced in courtyard had some sort of grass area for easy bathroom breaks for pups, but it was perfectly easy to walk around the beautiful neighborhood, or go a block over to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again on another trip to Savannah. The convenience and beauty of a historic neighborhood and still well within walking/biking distance of anything you’d want to do around the city

I have been a host myself for a couple years now and Paul has inspired me to step up my game in a couple areas! He has great systems to get guests all the helpful information. He was also extremely kind and quick to respond to the couple of more specific questions I had. The bedroom setup was great with a comfortable bed and workspace. I cooked in one night and had everything I needed to make dinner. Would highly recommend!

Ashley's place was better than expected! Her place was safe, quiet, and downtown Savannah was just under a 10 minute walk. It was perfect for what we needed!

Jason’s property had everything we were looking for. The “perfect” location to all we wanted to do in the historic district. Close to all the restaurants and we were able to walk to everything we did. Loved the little balcony for our coffee and wine time. Cannot recommend it enough. When we go back we will definitely stay here. Top three restaurant recommendations: The Old Pink House Vic’s on the River Toast

EXCELLENT place to stay for a visit to Savannah. Private parking, walkable to a Krogers with a Starbucks. Linda as a host was superb. Responsive (met me at the check in and did a quick walk through) and noted to communicate if I needed anything. The listing notes "cozy", but the floor is spacious with new and spotless appliances. Bedroom had plenty of space and closet space. A very good place to stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

Great stay!! Me and my family loved the dynamic of apartment but with the benefits and amenities of a hotel. Super friendly front desk staff, specially Brianna. The location it’s excellent because it was in a walkable distance from river street. The only inconvenience that we saw was the parking, we weren’t able to use the valet because of our travel rack so we had to park by ourselves in the lot across the building which was paid and not under surveillance and also some of the valet staff was not the friendliest. Other than that it was great, they offered a couple solutions to the very few situations we had! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time in Savannah! This place was in the perfect location and we walked to everything! We loved being on the 3rd floor- no noise above us, and the building was really quiet. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive to every text and question. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It’s extremely hard and very noisy. But the bedding was clean and they had lots of nice pillows. There’s lots of stairs to get up to the unit, make sure you know that and are capable of carrying your luggage. Overall, a magical stay! And even with the hard bed, we’d stay here again in the future!! It was picturesque!! ❤️

We loved Shannon's place. It had everything we needed for our stay in Savannah, and the large studio has a lovely feel to it. Shannon was very responsive and flexible to our requests. We definitely recommend staying here, and hope we can visit again in the future.

Great and quiet location on the iconic W Jones St in the south historic district. Spacious historic home that was clean and to our liking. We stayed for a weekend guys trip and enjoyed our time. Would come back.

This unit was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciate we were able to check in a little early. Christie’s instructions for parking were great We never used our car and only paid $20 for the weekend. We walked everywhere we wanted to go…shops, restaurants, tours. For breakfast, a great restaurant is right around the corner. A CVS is next door for snacks. The floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and very well insulated. We could not hear the cars passing by. Nearby bars had some music but nothing noticeable after bedtime. The unit was nice and cool even with weather in the 90s. Check-in and checkout were easy. A hidden gem right in the heart of the historic district.

Excellent location in Savannah but be warned - parking here is a pain in the butt. That's not Crystal's fault, just a function of the location. It was nice being close to everything downtown.

Carl's place was wonderful! Very easy to find, clean, comfortable. There were four adults (my sister and I and our spouses). 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower made things so much easier. Although it was in a busy area, there were no noisy disturbances. Forsythe Park was within walking distance, a nice chill spot in the evening. In walking distance to shopping, restaurants. Carl was very responsive, prompt to return calls, messages. Couldn't ask for a better host!

Place was amazing , look exactly as pictured, amenities were amazing. Host was amazing proactive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going to plan. Loved everything about this place would absolutely come again ! Place was also fully loaded with beach supplies which was a plus ! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

We highly recommend this Airbnb hosted by Keith! Cannot say one negative thing ! Keith was responsive within minutes, so helpful. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need or want. Great location, so peaceful, close to beach. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Considering there was a really bad storm the weekend we visited, which put a damper on a lot of our plans, the Airbnb was a pleasant home away from home. The hot tub was definitely the focal point as well as the massive flat screens in most of the rooms. The kitchen was very accommodating and well-equipped with almost anything you'd need to prepare any type of meals, and there were three different types of coffee makers so everyone's preference was fulfilled. Highly recommend! Max is very responsive if you have any questions and extremely friendly. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Spa Room 3215! David and his family were exceptional hosts! The condo was newly renovated and everything was just as described in the listing! We frequently stay in airbnd, vrbo, and timeshare condos. We were most impressed with the welcome snacks, well stocked kitchen area to include cookware, a variety of spices, seasonings, and so many other things needed to prepare a meal in a home away from home! Dish detergent, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, ziplock bags and food storage containers among other things were also available which was totally awesome! The unit also had lots of books, games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and so many more useful things to help us have an enjoyable stay! The Spa itself is a perfect location, right off the beach! Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed grilling out beside the beach and sitting on the swing watching the waves! We also attended the Mitchelville Juneteenth Celebration up the street.

Me, my wife, and our toddler had a lovely stay at Charlie’s place. We loved the location - easy access to Savannah and Tybee beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, and Charlie was a kind and responsive host.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.
