Absolutely LOVED this place! It was so cute and the neighborhood is super safe— which I value as a female traveler. Keyan was very responsive and helpful, definitely the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve had! Lots to do in the area and very close to the historic district. The house itself had everything we needed and was very quaint and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Savannah, would 100% recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this place. It was a short drive to downtown Savannah and it was very quiet. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch with our dog. The place was very clean and very homey. We would totally stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Brigitta’s place was well appointed and comfortable. The high ceilings and wood floors added character and charm. I enjoyed sitting on the kitchen balcony in the mornings and the front one in the evenings, enjoying the beautiful weather. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were greatly appreciated.

Joel and Angie,we’re very responsive . They were also very accommodating,they made me and my family feel right at home,my kids loved this place . They have toys and fun activies for families with young kids. And the coffee was a definite plus for me ,so thank you Joel and Angie.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Shawn is a welcoming host. She checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The sunlight infused apartment is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed relaxing there each morning and evening. The kitchen is well-appointed with coffee maker, coffee filters, ground coffee, pots, pans, some spices, etc. It’s a comfy kitchen to cook in. The mattresses are very comfortable, great pillows, high quality sheets, and a bottle of wine to start your stay. The location is 15-18 minutes from Tybee Island and to Historic Savannah. We appreciated the peaceful stay. Thank you, Shawn!

Took a short vacation with a group of friends to Tybee Island and Savannah. We all loved the location of the house perfect distance between the two cities. The house was clean & spacious enough activity for children. My friend's kids loved the ping pong table and the room they slept in. My only regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer! I would definitely love to stay at Allen's home again. They were great in responding, and even allowed us to check in early!

**5 stars – A Wonderful Stay at Milan’s Place!** I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Milan’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Milan was an exceptional host: communicative and welcoming. The house itself was cozy and stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect – close to great cafes and some of the best spots in the city. Here comes the sun was a true home away from home. I was there for my Masters Degree graduation and was so comfortable in their place. It was nice and clean and really comfortable. Laura and Andy were so responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

We had a nice stay at Raquel's play within the Glenwood Grove section of Berwick Plantation. We have family in the Stonelake Townhomes section just a short distance away, so the proximity was very convenient. The floorplans of both locations are very similar, with dining, kitchen, living room, restroom, and master bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Raquel's place includes a bonus playroom and laundry room upstairs. Communication was timely, access was easy, and the home was clean with all necessary supplies and amenities. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah (Bay Street/River Street), which was fine for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Marci and Carlos’s home in Savannah! The house is warm, welcoming, and comfortable — it truly feels like a boutique hotel, with all the coziness and convenience of a home. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, the pool is inviting and relaxing, the beds are extremely comfortable and there’s plenty of privacy. Marci & Carlos were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The location is also great — just a short drive to the beach, downtown Savannah and a nearby grocery store for any last-minute needs. We highly recommend staying at Marci and Carlos’s home!

I thought it was very good

This is such a beautiful and private house. I came here for some self-healing and it was so touching to read the beautiful stories of Karla and Todd's son and father in the house. They are perfectly located halfway between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island so I was able to enjoy both areas on my trip. The home is very comfortable with everything I needed and the gardens outside are beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at 1212 Price St. It was just minutes away from all the beauty downtown has to offer. With such an amazing location we were able to fit so much into our time in Savannah, including a trip to Tybee Island. Many of great restaurants and coffee shops just blocks away as well. Everything was incredibly clean and communication was excellent. We had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to explore Savannah!

Very clean, plenty of space and amenities and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Very cozy and felt secure. Would definitely stay again!

Unit as described. Efficiency apartment above the garage. Perfect for 2. Garage below was a bonus as it made parking easy (for a small car). Within 5-10 min walk to many cafes and parks. Very pedestrian and bike friendly spot. Excellent communication throughout the experience.

Garry place is 100% what you would expect to stay in when you are staying in Savannah. The river shops and restaurants are all in walkable distance. Forsyth Park is a great place to hang out and there a restaurant in the park which is a great place to have lunch. The neighborhood is the perfect picture of that old Savannah charm if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend garry place to anyone that want that true Savannah experience.

We had a wonderful stay! We were taking our son to see SCAD and this was the perfect place to be in Savannah. The accomodations were exactly as promised and very well appointed! They thought of everything and provided it all. They were also very responsive and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Andrew was a great host!! When we arrived he let us check in early and the AC in the upstairs part of the unit had broken, and he was on top of it! He made sure that he had a professional and experienced HVAC man on the scene within a couple hours! They fixed the issue quickly! Host was very responsive and communicated properly with us! While the HVAC was being serviced he sat with us and told us some history on the property and messaged us a list of food places. Overall one of the best experiences! Everything was perfect! I would stay at the Jones carriage house again!

Booked a last minute trip to Savannah for an anniversary and wanted to bring our dogs. Chloe & Michael’s place was so convenient and exactly what we were hoping for. I do wish that the fenced in courtyard had some sort of grass area for easy bathroom breaks for pups, but it was perfectly easy to walk around the beautiful neighborhood, or go a block over to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again on another trip to Savannah. The convenience and beauty of a historic neighborhood and still well within walking/biking distance of anything you’d want to do around the city

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

Beth was extremely helpful and proactive in contacting me with a small issue before my arrival. She was very quick to assist and get everything taken care of for me before I got there. I will definitely stay with her again!!!
