Condo holiday rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Loved our stay, we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go and having a nice refuge to go back to to relax and refresh before the next round of adventures was fantastic. The area can be a bit noisy at night but that's should be expected. The white noise machines provided in the bedroom were a great counter-balance and much appreciated. All in all a great place and area, highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Savannah.

Our second stay. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed- but grateful to have had. The third bathroom was a bonus. Our Host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. You couldn’t be in a better location. In the middle of everything. Nothing in the Historic District is more than a few minutes walk away.

We spent a week in Suite 1 at Mirabelle and the location, price and responsiveness from Chaz was outstanding. Waking up every morning and walking downstairs to grab a waffle & latte was something I looked forward to each morning. Great proximity to the riverfront, park, historic sites and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in Atlanta. Location of condo is perfect. Condominium is set up with everything you need. Owner was extremely attentive and responsive to questions and all our needs. Will be returning! Thank you Alyssa and Lee

This was the perfect place to rest our heads. I had my three small children with me and only had to move one or two things temporarily to make it kid safe. There was actually a separate little nook that fit my pack n play perfectly. Free street parking was never an issue. We always got a spot right out front. I could not have felt safer in the neighborhood, and from our stay we could easily walk the whole city. The place was immaculately tidy. The beds were comfy and clean. Laura was responsive and we felt at home.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The living room is spacious: couch is comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice dining area. Both rooms were very clean and had king size beds. We prefer even firmer matresses but I think most people will be happy with these. Both bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletteries to use. The neighborhood is great with lots of little cafés and dining spots and is close to the park. If you don’t mind walking, you can get your daily steps in with walking into downtown/historic area. We highly recommend staying at this place and will certainly consider this spot whenever we come back to Savannah.

Overall, it was a great three night stay in a perfect very walkable location near almost everything. We will return and use Alyssa again in the future, since it worked out well for our 41st anniversary celebration in Savannah. Hopefully, the renovation will be completed soon on the Custom House across the street, since they started very early and it was noisy.

Beautiful place! Very clean with added bonuses like a well stocked coffee bar and kitchen cookware. Very walkable. I highly recommend this BNB and host!

We absolutely loved our stay at the 17th Street Inn! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a dreamy little hideaway tucked into the heart of Tybee. The place is charming and peaceful with just the right mix of vintage charm and thoughtful touches—cozy bed, blackout curtains (hello, glorious naps!), and a fully stocked kitchen that made our mornings a breeze. The location couldn't be better—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and delicious restaurants. But honestly? Some of our favorite moments were spent right at the Inn: swinging in the garden patio, lounging on the porch, and soaking in the slow, easy pace of island life. Jenny was a joy to communicate with—friendly, helpful, and made everything super simple. We felt so cared for the entire time. This sweet little spot truly felt like a home away from home. Already dreaming about our next trip back!

This condo was super cozy with great proximity to the beach. It was a refreshing get away for our first time in Tybee. We were in town for a concert in Savannah and the drive was super easy. Definitely worth staying by the beach. The beds were so comfy! I slept so peacefully. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay and easy communication :)

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

Very clean, plenty of space and amenities and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Very cozy and felt secure. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

Great location with easy walking through the squares. Lots of restaurant choices. Fast access to the highway to reach Tybee Island.

staying a week at brass rail, was a great experience , very convenient clean pool, balcony with relaxing porch comfort, table and chairs for eating outside. wooden board walk directly to the beach.

Very cozy & clean. Perfect size for a small family. Loved that there were chairs, etc for the beach that we could use. LOVED that we were so close to the beach as well. Host was AMAZING! Replied to any messages within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend!!

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

Limited view of the beach, but it was ocean front and easy to get to the beach. As described, it was on the Savanna River side of the island, so no waves except from passing boats and cargo ships. I loved sitting out in the high top chairs on the balcony having my morning coffee. We also enjoyed the pool late afternoon after the children were gone. Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the one afternoon that we drove to the main part of the island.

We had a nice stay at Dana's condo. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not crowded and watching the shrimp boats and barges was neat. The sunrises, sunsets and dolphins were my favorite.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. Excellent location for a low key long weekend stay, beach was easily accessible to the condo and the balcony provided a great place to watch the dolphins and sunset. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, perfect beach set-up. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER and plenty of room for the two of us to relax. Thank you Kristina for a great stay
