Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Historic District, Savannah

I loved my stay at the Victoria House in Savannah. Victoria is a wonderful host!!! She's friendly, engaging, and helpful. The house is spotless - super clean and organized. It was a great week - wonderful to have a washer and dryer at the property, the kitchen was great, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The bed was super comfortable. The only small drawback is that it is on a busy street, especially during commuting times in the AM and PM. So, as long as you are okay with that, then this is the PERFECT place to stay in Savannah.

We loved our stay at Carlos & Marci's place. The location is perfectly located between Savannah and Tybee Island so there is so much to do. The beds are all comfortable and the back deck was wonderful for coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was lovely, the host was so helpful, and the house guide was incredibly comprehensive. Check in was easy and check out wasn’t overly complicated or burdensome. Very sweet amenities for our pup, as well. Home was spotless and very comfortable. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic! Julie was fabulous, responding quickly to any inquiry. Free DOT line at 33rd and Drayton made getting around pretty easy. Julie offered great local recommendations for sites and restaurants. House cute, clean, quiet, and comfortable, stocked with coffee and cream and umbrellas. Only “drawback” is distance from main downtown area but not a deal breaker. Fully enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay! 10 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to the beach. It was the perfect location!

The “Wedding Cake Carriage House” was excellent! The location is perfect for walking and exploring Savannah’s historic districts. We found great coffee within a few blocks and excellent restaurants. Having the garage to park our car and a washer/dryer were a real bonus! Suzanne was brilliant — provided precise checkin instructions and all information needed.

This was a perfect location for a weekend trip to Savannah! My friends and I had a lovely time!

Jason was responsive and provided clear directions. Great location with easy access to much of the historic Savannah downtown. Will definitely be back at some point.

Jessica's place was even more beautiful than pictured! The bedrooms in particular felt like nice hotel rooms. The covered porch was a lovely place to sit, particularly in the rain. The location could not be better, a few minutes walk to a small health food store for groceries, and a bit farther walk to Krogers. Both downtown historic district and restaurants in Starland are in walking distance. Would recommend to everyone!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and had the old fire places, which I love. We were very happy with the air conditioning 😀. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Savannah.

This suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood walkable to anywhere in the Historic district. Lots of hot water and great water pressure (not always available in Savannah rentals) Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved all of the artwork on display in this first floor suite/1 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

Pictures didn’t do justice. The entire apartment was tastefully decorated and well kept. Location was within walking distance of restaurants and most all attractions. Parking on the street in front of the apartment was available the entire stay. I would definitely stay in Matt’s home again.

A wonderful trip to enjoy the Park and the surrounding area. We Love Savannah! A beautiful city that we enjoy walking and visiting!! The food is yummy! Can't wait to return! We loved the apartment too!

Great place for our quick beach getaway. Gina was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Tybee is a great family oriented beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Garry was helpful and responsive. The rooms were huge! Everything I needed was within walking distance, from historical buildings to a grocery store. Great location.

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

This condo is in a beautiful location with the great views off the balcony and private access to the water. Everything was clean and well kept. I did also see dolphins! I would stay here again.

We had a great time, home was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and very easy walk to the beach. Communication was great, would definitely stay here again when we return!

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.
