Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Historic District, Savannah

Allowed us to check in early. Super responsive. We had a great time.

The beds were very nice and there was plenty travel toiletries left in case you forgot something. The home was clean and well appointed with necessities. The home is an older Victorian looking home that was lovely with a lot of windows and a lovely private backyard. We could hear the upstairs neighbors in the second rental -so be prepared for that. It is a walk to get to the downtown and a 40 min walk to river street. Quiet neighborhood with Kroger and a Starbucks less than 2 blocks away. It is a very nice place and the host was very responsive and friendly

We loved Stefanie’s home for my sister’s bachelorette- even better in person than in the pics! We had plenty of room for 7 women, and the location was walkable to Forsyth park and a quick easy Lyft ride to river street. Convenient to get to everything quickly but also provided some privacy and quiet. Stefanie’s detailed instructions and thoughtful touches helped so much from parking to decorating, all coming together for a great weekend!

Kimberly’s place what exact what our family was looking for. A quiet retreat still close to downtown savannah. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard area with the grill and fireplace

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our graduation celebration. There was plenty of room for the entire family to stay and the fenced-in backyard was a great feature when it was time for our Pomeranian to "take care of business". The house was very clean and well stocked with anything that we needed for our stay. Stephanie was very responsive to any questions we had and was a delightful host.

Perfect location for our stay. We were on Wilmington Island for a wedding and it was very convenient. Plenty of eating options nearby and very easy to get around the island. Lots of accessible shopping nearby for anything we needed.

Communication was great. You could not beat the location. The place was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay. It was homey, clean and comfortable. One thing I would say is that the television is not in a convenient location for watching with the group. I wouldn’t even have noticed this though except for all of the rain we had that kept us inside. We thought it would be better for everyone to see if it were on a swivel or the kitchen wall where the mural is. If I return this will be the first place that I look for.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Savannah in this home. The owners and site manager had thought of everything in supplying it with special and quality amenities. Suzanne was very accommodating and flexible when a tropical storm delayed our travel to Savannah. We highly recommend this location and specific home.

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Tybee Island. The location was great with very close access to the beach and it was near tons of great restaurants. The house had everything we needed! Great bed, powerful A/C, and a fully stocked kitchen! Our dog loved the fully fenced in backyard and the screened in patio on the front of the house. Cheryl was a wonderful host and was easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. There were plenty of beach items available for use including a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. There were also bikes along the side of the house that we did not use because the area was so walkable, but I am sure they were available for use upon request. I have now stayed in this house 4 times over the past decade and I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

We had a great stay! It was very clean and comfortable. Parking was provided although sometimes neighbors parking made it difficult to get in and out. Charles was very responsive and happy to help with any questions. The area was a little further from Forsyth than I expected but there were great restaurants and grocery stores nearby and it was overall a nice area to be in. Would stay here again, thanks Charles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nebraska Waves! It was in a great location and the backyard is stunning! Jason’s place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Tybee.

This was a wonderful place to stay that was peaceful and allowed us to have a great break between our drive from PA to FL. We really appreciate the added touches and details as well as welcoming our dog on the trip. Michael was a proactive and responsive host in every way! We would stay again!

So peaceful, serene and beautiful. The perfect anniversary get away for my partner and I. Dog friendly, our two dogs had a blast !
