Questa piccola dépendance pieds dans l'eau si affaccia direttamente sul Lago Ceresio ed è pensata esclusivamente per due adulti. Le grandi vetrate regalano una vista continua sull'acqua, mentre il cortile esterno dispone di un cancellino ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti che consente di accedere direttamente al lungolago. L'alloggio non dispone di aria condizionata (sono disponibili due ventilatori). Per ragioni di sicurezza non può ospitare bambini né animali. Parcheggio privato coperto.

This small independent house of 30 m2 has a shower room, toilet and a summer kitchen open to the outside. The interior decoration is created from recycled materials, it is sober and neat. It gives the charm inherent in the place without depriving you of comfort.

The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a good evening with the fire pit. The pleasure of a cabin with all the comfort and warmth of a fireplace.

The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.
