A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

"LE CŒUR DE XANET" CABIN

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. Additionally, as an option, a private spa in a cave 50 meters from the chalet is available, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.

YOLO Chalet

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful wooden chalet with a 35 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops. The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a pleasant evening by the warmth of the fire pit.
