If you are looking for something different this is the place to stay! The gite is large and very well equipped ; the bed comfortable The terasse ( with table and chairs)looking over the Loire and surrounding is a real bonus ... Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to access the gite....the experience is worth it!

Great place by the water, very unique experience. Easy 5 minute walk to center of town. Bridgette was very pleasant and accommodating.

Quiet stay in. a cute town with amazing views. Fabienne is a very experienced host and we loved every minute.

The house is in a super nice place with fantastic views of the mountains. From the house you can take a number of hikes fine. The house itself is decorated with care and the showers are lovely. The large terrace is also recommended, which certainly has to do with the view.

We had a wonderful stay in Damien's home. It is in a beautiful setting and a short walk into the town but very peaceful. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. This unique cliff house is full of character and has artistic detail in every room. Damien gave us great recommendations for restaurants, vineyards and local walks. Cotignac has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. There are also some good walks of varying difficulty from there and it is also a good base for exploring the area.

Unusual, very clean and beautiful accommodation in a peaceful location. We had a great stay, total disconnection during the weekend. It is well located a few minutes' walk from the abbey. About 10 minutes from Montsoreau by car. Walk, quiet, really great to have fun in an atypical accommodation in the region. We recommend it and of course, if the opportunity arises, we will come back. Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

As soon as we walked in my daughter said to me… “I’m gonna get married here one day” and another guest described it as … “A little paradise ” - Massimiliano’s place it’s breathtaking!!!- pictures doesn’t capture the wonderful sunrises or the sounds of nature every morning. This place it’s certainly 10 out of 10, ideal for families, couples or solo traveler. It has a private entrance, spacious parking, common kitchen where food it’s shared, perfect communication with host and can’t forget the pillow sachet on every bed, which is very thoughtful.

Very well located accommodation, the terrace gives a magnificent view (which however is accessible from the roof). The apartment is very well equipped and decorated, an address to recommend!

An absolutely charming place with a dreamy setting and extremely neat decor.

Pauline was a great host. Welcomed us in person and showed us around the house. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. We enjoyed playing table tennis and boules. We took cycle rides to the nearby villages and went wine tasting at local vineyards. We walked round the nearby lake where you could also go kayaking or paddle boarding. The beautiful town of Eymet was only a short walk away. And when the sun came out we lay by the pool

Rafa is hands-down one of the best posts I have experienced. His gracious hospitality was superb – demonstrated in remarkable attention to detail throughout the home, care to ensure everything was perfectly set for a smooth and restful welcome, and proactive local tips to make sure I had what I needed. RAFA was also exceptionally responsive and gave many local recommendations throughout my stay – even setting up some beautiful experiences on my behalf. His home is a unique mountain respite – perfectly demonstrated by the photographs and lovely in every way. Very grateful for the week I spent at LaRocca. 🙏🏽

The house is as described. Mr. Pidoux was a most welcoming, communicative, and present host, he was very helpful and was able to welcome us warmly (bottle, dry sausage and other nice touches). The house is quiet, the view breathtaking. A real break from the crazy and noisy world of our societies! A little corner of paradise that we highly recommend!!!

What a surprising place to stay! A great terrace with an incredibly beautiful view, a wonderfully cool and special house. We enjoyed the place and the nice original 'flea market decor '. The flea market on Sunday in Carpentras is also highly recommended! Séguret is also worth visiting and there are countless other nice villages nearby! Avignon is only a half-hour drive away. The walk to the church (St. Hilaire) on the other side of the mountain (you can see it from the terrace) is beautiful and also good to do! In short, a great recommendation!!

peaceful accommodation and faithful to the description of the owner Nicolas. perfect for meeting your partner in an unusual place. You will find yourself in an all-stone accommodation, as if you were in a cellar, where the humidity is felt, but far from being unpleasant when you know it. we will gladly return to this accommodation at the foot of Tours

It is above all the hospitality of Pascale that is great. Warm and friendly. I'm used to renting but there really wasn't anything missing. A cup filled with fresh produce: onion zucchini tomatoes and a good fresh caspacho was waiting for us. Dish soap, shower gel, everything was at our disposal. And all in a beautiful place. Pascale sent us a review about the cleaning where she thanked us for the state in which we left the house. It should be normal but unfortunately it's often the opposite. Thanks again . Kind regards

For all those who are looking for a special lovingly furnished "cave accommodation" in nature where nothing is missing during the stay, a clear recommendation! We were there for 3 days and did a lot of activities (castle visits, canoe trips, wine tastings,...) and the children were very excited about living in a grotto. Many thanks to Carole & David for letting us use their "nest".

Kind and available hosts. Beautifully decorated volumes. A perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful shower room resembling the Romans terms and a cherry on the cake: a beautiful and real wine cellar whose access is most original ...We had a great time there!!

Finding a place both close to the sea and in a truly authentic charm place is close to impossible, this was quite lucky forvus given we booked it last minute but litterary only to slup in a warm jaccuzi and enjoy our stay, big thanks from tge heart to Lara!

Karine, is a thoughtful host. I had never woken up in a rental with warm croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to check out, as there were no other guests afterwards. We felt very good on this well-appointed terrace. It was a great place for our romantic weekend and we sincerely thank Karine.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was so unique and was in such a beautiful location. The washing machine was broken when we got there and Fabienne offered to wash our clothes for us! Halfway through our trip, this is exactly what we needed! Fabienne was so kind and welcoming. The location was also great—super close to yummy restaurants and central to all the castles in the area. Such a fun stay!
