The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds. We know that Barcelona has great food, but we also know that eating out every day can be exhausting (for the body and for the wallet). That's why we've equipped the kitchen with everything you need to prepare something at home when your body asks for a break. You don't need to pack your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hair dryer or an iron; you'll find everything here. If you're coming with children or babies, let us know in advance. If we have availability, we'll provide you with a crib or a high chair so you don't have to carry the whole house with you. Honestly, with all there is to see in Barcelona, we don't think you'll need it, but there's a TV in case you decide one night that the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a movie. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It's designed for you to go out and get some air, read a little, or simply enjoy the Barcelona climate from the railing. A simple luxury, but one that is greatly appreciated at the end of the day. The apartment is yours while you're here, so feel free to use anything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were your own (or better, if possible). No parties: The apartment is for relaxing, not for opening a nightclub.
