Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sovicille

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

Martina’s entire estate is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. Just remember that it is really off the beaten path. She was so passionate about the property and making people feel right at home. It was one of the more beautiful places we stayed in all of Italy. Make sure to bring food up there with you before going. It is at least 35 min to town, but this is one of those places it is almost not worth leaving. Wish we had more time to stay there.

A truly wonderful place, no other place like it. Really worth seeing but only if you are able to handle the 54 step very narrow spiral staircase. The house is on 4 levels linked by the stairs, wouldn’t be suitable for young children or the elderly. Deborah was a great host as was Paula.

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

Great location only 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Accommodation is airy and well equipped with its own lovely garden giving you a great place to relax so close to the centre. Francesca was always available and made us feel very welcome. Have already recommended this property to our friends.

Uns erwartete eine sehr schöne, spezielle Unterkunft, in der alles notwendige vorhanden war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bedingt durch die enge Straßenführung konnten wir leider mit den Fahrrädern nicht so oft fahren, mit dem Auto jedoch haben wir die Gegend ausführlich erkundet und die vielen wunderschönen Städte besichtigt.wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Zeer attente communicatie en service!! Accommodatie overtreft de beschrijving. Grandioos uitzicht, een tuin zo groot als een park en een charmant ingerichte woning. Goede uitvalsbasis voor naburige steden of om in alle rust bij te komen.

Niesamowite miejsce z przemiłą właścicielką, przepiękny widok na Toskanię, dom otoczony pięknym ogrodem, czysty, w domku znajduje się wszelkie potrzebne wyposażenie, z całego serca polecamy:)

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire et sa famille qui vivent sur place ce qui est toujours un avantage. La maison est une vieille bâtisse charmante et historique qui possède tout le confort moderne. Nous étions 5 adultes avec 2 voitures et un chien. La propriété a un grand terrain pour promener le chien. Il y avait assez de place de parking pour les voitures. Le centre de Sienne est à 5 minutes en voiture. Les commerces comme les supermarchés, la boulangerie à 3-4 minutes en voiture. Notre appartement avait une belle vue sur Sienne. Nous avons pu consulter les nombreux guides touristiques sur la région mises à disposition. Bref, nous avons passé six jours parfaits chez Simona. J’aimerais y retourner. Tout était très bien.

We are a family of five. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly. The magic of this place is having the absolute best view of Siena. It’s amazing. Sitting out on the balcony as the sunsets and the city lights up…. The location is also fantastic. Easy parking across the street. Very quick walks to outstanding restaurants. Our winery tour operator picked up right out front. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Appartement exceptionnel, avec une vue à couper le souffle, a vraiment quelque pas du centre-ville historique de Sienne. On ne s’attend pas à trouver une terrasse aussi bucolique dans un hyper centre-ville antique. Nous avons été agréablement surpris d’être gâtés par un panier de bienvenue de la part de Irma… Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Soggiorno incantevole, camera e patio con vista inarrivabile per bellezza e quiete. Camera bellissima, fornitissima, tutto estremamente curato nei dettagli da una persona -Elena, pur non avendo avuto l'occasione di incontrarsi- che ci mette amore nel fornire una esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Anche gli spazi comuni sono estremamente curati e confortevoli.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

Tutto impeccabile! Proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile: ha anticipato il check-in di qualche ora e ci ha permesso di rimanere oltre l’orario di check-out. Ci ha accolti davanti all’appartamento, mostrandoci casa e dandoci ottimi consigli anche per visitare la zona. La casa era pulitissima, in cucina non mancava nulla: da utensili, piatti, olio, sale, caffe..disponeva di ogni cosa! Appartamento spazio, balcone grande e molto accogliente! Consiglierò questa soluzione a tutti quelli che passeranno per Poggibonsi!

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

What a beautiful place!! We were in love with this amazing Airbnb. What a view! Excellent for our 2 young kids. We would definitely recommend!!

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive. If you’re thinking of booking here I highly recommend!

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)

This is a fabulous apartment - centrally located, high above the city, and with fantastic views. Bedrooms, kitchen, and living/dining area all great. Great to have a washing machine. Only one word of caution - 92 steps to the apartment. This was no problem for me, but if steps are not your friends, be forewarned. Would definitely come here again!

This place was magical, it looked like something out of a fairytale. Upon entering the garden- it was so peaceful. What stood out next was the pool overlooking the countryside. The home was amazing- as soon as I walked in, i felt at peace. The kitchen has all of the things you need for a stay, the bedroom was beautiful- overlooking the garden. Overall, the place is amazing. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
