We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Beautiful, cozy apartment, just 45 minutes from Lake Constance and the many gorges in the Black Forest. Lake Titisee is only 40 minutes away, while the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, can be reached in 1 hour. Go shopping in Constance on Lake Constance or take bike tours along the Danube. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beach chair lounge in your own garden area. Our grill can also be used on request.

The friendly owner personally greeted us in front of the house. The house was very spacious and clean. Ideal space for kids. There is also a playground and rabbits in the backyard, so the kids love it. We stayed for one night on our way to Stuttgart, and it was a great home away from home. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Artur’s apartment on Friday night – it was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group with kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. All the beds were king-size 🛏️, which was super comfortable. The dining area was huge 🍽️, giving us plenty of room to eat and relax together. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and right outside there’s a lovely open area with beautiful seating 🪑🌿 – perfect for enjoying drinks and chatting in the evening 🥤💬. The heating is centrally controlled 🌡️, and since we had 4 babies 👶👶👶👶, we requested more warmth – Artur was quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable. One bed is up a short staircase 🌀, and there’s no toilet upstairs 🚻, so keep that in mind if you need frequent access. The parking spot was excellent 🅿️ and very convenient. Overall, I’m extremely happy 😊 with the price and accommodation. Artur was a great host – helpful and responsive 🙌. I’d love to stay again and highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience. The host was helpful and allowed us to check in and out with flexibility, which we appreciated. The apartment was clean and matched the description well. The bed was comfortable, and overall, the room was nicely prepared. There are good restaurants in the area, and the location worked well for planning day trips to Schiltach and Mainau Island. The host also took care of small details, including setting up an extra bed and a baby bed for us, which was thoughtful. All in all, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a short visit. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Matthias and Sibylle were very likeable and warm from the beginning – we immediately felt welcome! The apartment was easy to find, easily accessible and superbly equipped. Especially the washer and dryer were very helpful for us – a real plus! All the little touches , like a charging cable by the bed , a radio in the bathroom , radio in the living room were really very nice . Above all, the old Max and Moritz Book 😊 We felt completely comfortable and would book this place again at any time if we travel to Spaichingen again. Thank you for the wonderful time – we wish you all the best!
