The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large mirror, a living/bedroom area including a kitchen with a sofa bed for 1 adult or a maximum of 2 children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob. From the living room you enter the ground floor terrace with direct access to the garden. The apartment was renovated in 2022 (except for the bathroom and toilet). The apartment is in the main building. The landlord's family with 3 children lives above the apartment.

Built in 2018, the luxurious chalet is located on a sunny slope in the top row in the alpine village with the best panoramic views, 1,300 meters above sea level. It is only a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Steyrling is located in a quiet valley and is surrounded by mountains. 5 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows directly under the house. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Gammeringalm Hunting Lodge

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely graveled forest road. Those who have an SUV have an advantage. In winter, it is located directly on the ski slope. Directly from the cabin you can start extended ski tours and snowshoe hikes. We transport the luggage with the Polaris on arrival and departure. The cabin is very rustic, cozy and equipped with many loving details.

Expressive, natural-ifted old wood accompanies the natural style of this suite in the idyllic Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the quiet country life for two – also suitable for families with or without a dog and cat. The old wood suite is just under half an hour's drive from the Hinterstoder ski area as well as the Therme Bad Hall, the hiking and biking region is right at your doorstep. The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Loft in Art Studio, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
