This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. Lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery, walk in the hills, or swim in the lochs...there is so much to do and so many fun local day trips. Rose Cottage is very well located for exploring Scotland! Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

Old Stable Cottage

This recently built beautiful cottage situated at the foot of Dunsinnan Hill in rural Perthshire, is a great place to relax and ideal for hill walkers with beautiful countryside in the area. It is well located for Carse of Gowrie wedding venues - Fingask, Guardswell Farm & Errol Park are all within a 15 minute drive. Collace is very near to Dundee & Perth both approx 15 minutes away.

The Wagon at the Bonnington Farm

The Wagon is a recently refurbished 1947 Hurst Fairground Showman's Wagon, set in a stunning position on the edge of the Highlands on the Bonnington Farm with beautiful views to the south and west. Close to the Cairngorms National Park, it is accessible from all parts of the country and close to the amenities of Blairgowrie.
