Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Spodnje Gorje

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible stay with incredibly helpful, kind, friendly hosts. This was such a lovely “destination” stay, a way to experience rural Slovenian living and culture. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but well worth it for the stay and experience. Thank you and hvala!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

Brilliant Airbnb long-stay experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in this stunning spacious and private self-contained apartment and the place is a perfect combination of feeling hidden away and isolated in the wilderness while everything including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes drive away. The bath is huge and with a skylight allowing you to enjoy a bubble bath while looking at the sky. High speed reliable internet allowed effortless remote work including videos calls and streaming. A huge range of sushi is available daily at the SPAR just down the road.The hosts who were present on the premises in the lower floor of the house during the duration of our stay were very discrete and privacy-respecting . Definitely booking again.

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

We absolutely loved our stay at Karmen’s cozy little apartment in the heart of nature! The peace and quiet, with only the sounds of birds and trees around us, was exactly what we needed to recharge. Our doggo was in heaven—running around outside and exploring nonstop. The pool was such a treat on hot days, and we spent so much time just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Karmen and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming—such a lovely couple! 💛 This was the perfect romantic getaway for us (and a dog-friendly one too!). We already can’t wait to come back.

We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect way to say goodbye to Slovenia. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, and the outdoor space is truly amazing. We had a lovely late afternoon by the pool, playing ball with our son, such a special moment. The house stayed pleasantly cool, which was perfect for the hot day we had. IMMACULATE space! Our stay here was so lovely! It is SO SPACIOUS unlike many other places in Europe. It was super close to Lake Bled and the Vintgar Gorge. She has all kinds of resources available and clearly goes out of her way to make you comfortable - including fresh fruit and a nice size bottle of wine.

Loved staying here! The place was super quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything I needed. It looked just like the photos—super clean and comfy. Would totally stay here again!

Petra and Erik are two great hosts - with heart and soul. We were so kindly greeted with cookies and nuts and great tips for our first hike. Cookie was also well taken care of, with bowls and berths. We were able to arrive a little earlier, they always had tips for us and tried so hard - it was great! The area is a dream, as are the hosts. The accommodation is so well equipped, nothing was missing. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

Ester and Anže’s place is everything you dream of when you book an Airbnb. Firstly, the location. It’s unbeatable. It’s a private oasis in the hustle and bustle and it’s the most beautiful house. The upstairs apartment, which is the Airbnb is beautifully decorated, so comfortable and clean - with everything you need to cook and relax. We felt so at home. Then there’s the family. What a beautiful, lovely, accommodating family. Communication was great and they did everything to ensure we were happy and looked after. From the hidden treasure of a house, to the location, the comfort and the beautiful hosts, this is an Airbnb experience at its best. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

We stayed here for our first time in Slovenia and it felt like such a cozy home the moment we walked in through the doors! Eva was so lovely and provided wonderful instructions every step of the way. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a half hour walk down to Lake Bled. We absolutely loved our stay and it all came down to the little things: the heated tile flooring, the wood burner, towel warmer, the delicious wine, and on and on! Would recommend staying here 5⭐️

Beautiful treehouse, centrally located in Tarvisio, but still quiet and secluded. The road to the house can be tricky, but we managed to arrive well. Very nice tips for activitities in the area. Would recommend staying here!
