Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. There is a great new sunroom with AC and electric fireplace for four seasons. The fire pit is the perfect gathering place for the cool evenings. 5 miles to Lake Anna State park and even closer to waterfront dining. Level 2 Electric Charging station provided at no extra charge. New Gym building added for 2026.

We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.
