In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Elberfeld city center is the separately accessible apartment on the top floor of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest.
