This stylish and peaceful home is perfect for group trips of up to 8 people, especially family get aways and golfing trips. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to local amenities and a walkable "watering hole" which serves great food. The thriving centre of St Andrews is around a 5-minute drive and around a 15- 20 minute walk, and many local bus routes close by that run frequently. The property is also very close to the East Sands Beach which boasts the renowned "Toasty shack" worth a visit!!
