Apartment holiday rentals in St Andrews

Charming place, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Had an incredible time playing golf at Saint Andrews, and in surrounding towns, and this was a great place to call home for the week.

Great place to stay in St. Andrews. Location was easy for exploring the town and the beach. We were lucky to have sun our entire trip and spent a lot of time on the rooftop - views were incredible!!! The rooftop was why we booked the space, and it was worth it. We were traveling with our infant. Was easy to rent a travel crib from them. We would book again. One thing I would note - for a local agency, I was surprised/frustrated they didn’t offer better suggestions for parking. We were exhausting after flying from Colorado, then driving to St. Andrews, only to discover the parking suggestions from host were not allowed overnight/more than 2 hours. After some sleepy google search, we found the official Fife overnight lot is by the aquarium, for others looking! Coins only if coming from out of country. The app doesn’t work with US phone numbers.

Gail was a terrific host! She quickly replied to our questions and was very kind & patient with us when we couldn't find the correct WiFi password (we had been looking at the incorrect number). Gail's apartment was decorated beautifully and it was in a perfect location in St. Andrews. We highly recommend Gail and her apartment. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our holiday the apt was in the street behind the harbour but still very quiet. Everything we needed in the apartment and more was there. A beautiful shared garden lovely to sit in with a glass of wine after being out all day. We were lucky to have sunshine every day and had beautiful walks along the coast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place surrounded by history, shops and restaurants. Neil responded quickly when I asked questions. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a great stay, we were there for the AIG ladies golf, and the accommodation was with in walking distance of the course. There are some fabulous restaurants nearby, and busy pubs where we enjoyed some good beers. The only downfall we had was lack of WiFi. The signal is very weak and WiFi would have been welcome. Douglas and Alison are super friendly and returned our questions quickly. The accommodation is lovely and had everything we needed. Thank you

Absolutely loved staying in this little gem! Perfect for visiting my son whom is working in St Andrews for a few months. A beautifully presented flat with all the home comforts. I would highly recommend staying here

Last minute booking for one night at cabin number 3. Lovely cabin with stunning coastal views. Cosy and clean space. Would return again!

Great place for our family of four. Really modern. Spacious living/dining area, clean kitchen (bring your own coffee pods), nice view of bowling green. Apt was really warm and sunny. Our sleep in the master bedroom was a bit interrupted as the wind really whistled through the large window despite it being closed (St Andrew’s is a windy place). Other than that it was a great stay.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was truly incredible! The host, James, is genuinely so kind and thoughtful. He always responded quickly and when we got in a pinch, he was proactive and super helpful. The loft is so beautiful - I wish I could live there. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do in the city. It’s close to everything and in a gorgeous part of town. If you’re coming to Edinburgh, you MUST stay here. It is truly breathtaking and exactly as promised online!!

I absolutely agree with previous reviews about how beautifully decorated, cosy and wonderful this place is. Besides all the above, it has a special vibe - some kind of warm and sunny energy you rarely see or feel in Airbnbs nowadays. These three days I stayed at Sanctuary by The Sea felt like Ive always belonged there and it was hard to leave. It gave me so much needed feeling of peace and tranquility I know the Coastal Path in Fife very well, I ve lived in that area and still there were so many discoveries for me personally. I've seen deer, seals, some interesting birds, an otter crossing the path - all in one day ! The amount of creativity, love and taste that Lynn put in the apartment is incredible! I will certainly be back ❤️

Great apartment. New, clean, nicely decorated, with lots of new appliances, and well located. We were a family of four visiting Saint Andrews. The only minor cons is that I took us some time to find the keys. We would definitely come back to this apartment if we visit Saint Andrews again.

This is a great place to stay whilst in St Andrews We were 3 couples staying for 3 nights The house suited our needs Lovely big kitchen & living room for socialising It is bang in the centre with lots of good restaurants, shops and bars just a few minutes walk away Tim provided plenty of recommendations also We will certainly use it again 👍

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the views out of the kitchen.lounge and bedroom to die for. It was well appointed, clean and well equipped within walking distance of shops and harbour. The parking place was a bonus too. We explored the East Neuk and no place was too far. It was quiet and we loved it. Kirsten and Derek were perfect hosts communication was excellent would not hesitate to rent again. ,

this has been our 3rd stay at Seacrest. we love the area & the clean, well equipped flat with views to die for is a perfect base. thank you again.

My friends and I stayed at Angela’s for the weekend and had a fantastic time - the airbnb is right on the harbour with both bedrooms and the living room facing the pier. The place was spotless, extremely well equipped, with one of the cosiest living rooms I’ve been to in an airbnb (we even managed to watch the sunrise from its comfort). The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Angela was friendly and responsive. If you’ve never been to saint Andrews before or want to bask in nostalgia and history by the sea this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming again!

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

Me, my fiancé and dog all absolutely loved our stay. The bnb is located in a beautiful and peaceful part of Scotland and Aimee was super helpful. Aimee was there to welcome us and show us around and super helpful from the beginning to end and happy to answer any and all questions. The indoor hot tub was super relaxing and paddock was perfect to tire out our big puppy. Would recommend the stay to anyone and would love to come back one day.

This was a large, comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking all over town.

Total luxury! Every detail was immaculate and couldn’t of been happier. With shops only a short walk away and plenty of easy street parking in a very nice,safe area, this is a great option for passing through or traveling for work. Loved relaxing in the spa bath at the end of a long days work and washing the jet lag away for a peaceful night sleep. Quick tip, there is no salt or pepper and the milk is only satchels. Plenty of pod coffee in all the flavours.
