The cottage is even more beautiful in person, the photos are beautiful but the vibe of the place along with the house is another level. Everything is extremely quiet, clean and organized. Laudemir was very helpful, responded quickly and already explained everything. The beautiful garden, the delightful view, very good taste in the entire cottage. A place to truly recharge and organize your mind. I hope to have many other passages out there ❤️

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

If you are reading the comments to decide, your search ends here, this house is a find, a house built on the sand, the real foot in the sand, a paradise, by far the best house I have ever stayed in, a view that has no equal, a very quiet place and with a lot of privacy, the house is exactly as in the photos, very clean and everything new, we will definitely return.

Everything worked out well in our stay. We needed a location closer to the event we were working on and Adriana collaborated 100% with our needs.

The house is wonderful and already conveys a peace from the entrance! From to see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The utensils in the house saved us because of schemes to take some things but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Mega comfortable and warm bedding. Easy access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto has been helpful since before our arrival without any doubt. Nota mil! We leave with the desire to return. If you want to relax this is the place!!

The house is a charm. Exactly as in the pictures. The sauna and the fireplace space are great. The outdoor bathtub was perfect, surrounded by nature. Everything was clean. We were greeted with treats, a wonderful cake and aimpim. Clalziane's husband showed us all the details of the house and we had no difficulties. Very close to the center of Lumiar and it was easy to go out for a walk and dinner.

Simply a delightful chalet! You don't want to leave! Decorated, cozy, spacious! Best bed!!! We slept super well! Super recommend !

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

We had incredible days in the cabin. I thank the hosts Michael and Bia who accommodated us very well and made themselves available for whatever we needed, and also made us feel very comfortable, in addition to total privacy. The place is super quiet and it was easy to find with the GPS and Michel's tips. The cabin matches the photos shown. She's beautiful in every detail.

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

We had wonderful days! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — surrounded by nature, extremely clean, cozy and with all the details thought out with great affection. One of the great highlights of our stay was Monica. From the first contact, she was attentive, helpful and very kind. He welcomed us very well with precious tips from the region and did everything to make us feel at home. You can see that she loves what she does, and that makes all the difference! I recommend it with my eyes closed for those who want to rest, breathe fresh air and reconnect. We'll definitely be back!

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Unforgettable trip na cidade maravilhosa! 🤩

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

Very nice and recommended apartment with a great location near Copacabana (only one block away). There was a supermarket directly under the complex that carried everything essential. The apartment was as described in the pictures and very clean. We would book again.

First of all, I have to start by saying that Enzo was the best Airbnb host I have ever encountered in my life!!! Always quick to respond, gave me great local recommendations, helped me search for tours, and even approved my request to check out quite late, which was extremely generous and kind. Second, the apartment is great. Comfortable bed with everything you need. Clean and smelled nice. There is a 24/7 very friendly front desk, so I felt safe. Finally, the location is second to none!! You are a 2-minute walk from Copacabana beach, and there are multiple really nice restaurants around the apartment. Thank you so much, Enzo. When I visit Rio again, I will definitely be staying in one of your apartments.

Andréa is a responsive and friendly host, who helped us with several things. The accommodation is very well located, in a secure building with a 24/7 caretaker. It is well-equipped, clean, spacious, bright. It was a pleasure!

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.
